DENVER, Dec. 5, 2008—Two new executives have been selected for CH2M HILL OMI's senior leadership team.

Steve Meininger is now the global operations director for project delivery, responsible for customer satisfaction and for financial, technical and administrative aspects of CH2M HILL OMI projects. He succeeds Roger Quayle, who was selected to lead a strategic initiative within CH2M HILL. A professional engineer, Meininger was previously a regional vice president. He joined CH2M HILL in 1993.

Scott Haskins is director of a new group called Technology, Quality and Innovation. The organization provides a strategic focus on growth and business process within CH2M HILL OMI, including initiatives related to quality, sustainability, compliance and consulting. Haskins previously was a vice president and principal management consultant in CH2M HILL's water business. He joined the company in 2007 after 33 years with the City of Seattle, most recently as deputy director of Seattle Public Utilities where he led utility systems management for drinking water, surface water, wastewater and solid waste functions.
