  Whether we’re partnering to provide services to a city, a county or a company, we know that those partnerships are built on trust. We are proud and protective of our strong corporate reputation -- and we work hard to maintain it.

CH2M HILL aims to be a role model in ethical behavior and business practices across all of our operations. To help us keep building a culture of integrity and openness, a variety of resources are available to help employees navigate any ethical issues:
  • We have a detailed business conduct policy outlining the ways that we all are expected to conduct ourselves and our work. All employees must read and acknowledge the policy every year.
  • Our Business, which we distribute online and in hardcopy, details the policies that guide our operations across the entire enterprise, such as transparency in financial reporting, best practices for contracting, requirements for working with government entities, and much more.
  • We have a free ethics helpline to provide guidance for employees and allow them to share any ethical concerns that they might spot. Callers can choose to be anonymous.
  • We have a designated corporate ethics officer who helps monitor and set the tone for our continued ethics success alongside her role as top legal counsel.
